Root End Filling / Perforation Sealing During Perforation sealing, the paste is filled into the perforation with help of bent needle and 1 minute light curing is required. The thickness of layer should keep 0.5-1 mm to get best curing and prevent chip outs. If the perforation is big then the paste can be mixed with Pure MTA powder provided in box to make a putty form and that putty then pushed into the perforation and then cured by led light curing unit for 1 minute. Pulp Capping Wipe the cavity preparation with a chlorhexidine solution. Use a small applicator to apply Dentigrate LC on the pulp exposure, or over the floor of the cavity preparation.
