Septodont Biodentine 1 X Capsules | BioActive Dentine Substitute

Septodont Biodentine is a tricalcium silicate-based material formulated to function as a permanent dentine substitute. Utilizing Active Biosilicate Technology, it supports dentin regeneration and pulp preservation by stimulating the formation of reactionary dentine. With high biocompatibility and bioactivity, Biodentine is suitable for both crown and root applications, including deep cavity restorations and endodontic repairs.

Its alkaline pH contributes to antibacterial effects, while the material's sealing ability and resistance to microleakage offer long-term stability. Biodentine sets in a clinically acceptable time, offers a smooth consistency for easy handling, and is radiopaque for effective follow-up on radiographs. It does not require surface preparation, anchoring mechanically to dentin through micro-retention.
