Prevest Dolo Endogel is a water-soluble gel formulated with 17% EDTA and 10% carbamide peroxide, designed to support both chemical and mechanical cleansing during root canal preparation. It chelates calcium salts to aid in canal debridement and lubricates the canal to facilitate smoother instrument penetration.

When used in combination with sodium hypochlorite, the gel's effervescent action enhances the cleaning process. Additionally, the release of oxygen from carbamide peroxide contributes to internal bleaching of the tooth structure during irrigation.
