HyFlex™ CM NiTi Files are manufactured using a process that alters the material’s memory, resulting in highly flexible instruments with no rebound effect. This flexibility allows the files to follow the natural curvature of the root canal more closely, minimizing the risk of ledging, transportation, or perforation.

These files demonstrate significantly greater resistance to cyclical fatigue—up to 300% more than conventional NiTi files—helping to reduce the chance of separation. HyFlex CM files can be used with multiple preparation techniques, including crown-down, step-back, and single-length methods.

After use, files with deformed spirals can regain their original shape following autoclaving. If a file does not return to its initial shape, it should be discarded.
