Indications

• Isolation during restorative procedures: The liquid dam is used to isolate the tooth, allowing for better access and visibility, while the gingival barrier protects the gums from the materials used during the procedure.

• Rubber dam alternative: The liquid dam can be used as an alternative to the traditional rubber dam, it's easy to apply and remove and eliminates the need for clamps.

• Minimizing gingival retraction and bleeding: The gingival barrier is applied around the tooth, creating a protective barrier that minimizes gingival retraction and bleeding during the procedure.

• Preventing contamination of the restoration: The liquid dam is used to isolate the tooth, preventing the flow of saliva and other liquids, and creating a dry field for the procedure, reducing the chance of contamination of the restoration.

• In orthodontic procedures: The liquid dam can be used to isolate the teeth during orthodontic procedures such as bonding and debonding of brackets, and during tooth whitening procedures.

Directions To USE

Clean and dry the gingiva. With the use of appropriate instruments (e.g. buckle and labial retractor) immobilize the lips and tongue in order to avoid contact with the liquid. Remove the syringe lock and install the included disposable applicator.

Apply LIQUID DAM along the application area 4-6 mm wide and approximately 1.5-2 mm thick, at the same time visually checking the amount of the applied preparation. If possible, squeeze LIQUID DAM through the inter dental space. Cure the preparation for 20-30 seconds using a polymerization lamp. Carry out the curing process evenly in a scanning motion. Proceed to the dental treatment.
After the treatment is completed, using an instrument from one side, lift off and remove polymerized LIQUID DAM.

In order to seal a rubber dam:
Isolate the working area (tooth/teeth/alveolus) using RUBBER-DAM.
In order to seal the rubber dam, apply a layer of the liquid on the edge of the gingival and the rubber dam. Cure the preparation for 20-30 seconds using a polymerization lamp. Carry out the curing process evenly in a scanning motion. Proceed to the dental treatment. After the treatment is completed, using an instrument from one side, lift off and remove polymerized AQUA DAM.

Immediately after use, withdraw the syringe plunger and place the original cap on the container to avoid polymerization of the product in the syringe. Product intended for multiple use except the applicator which is for single use only. Multiple use of applicator may cause the risk of re-infection.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use the product for patients with hypersensitivity to the product’s components.

PRECAUTIONS
Un-cured substance can cause irritation to the skin and eyes. Sustained contact with the skin can cause allergic reaction. In case of contact, immediately rinse with plenty of water. Harmful when swallowed. If wallowed, do not induce vomiting Contact a doctor immediately.

STORAGE
Store in a tightly closed original container below 25 °C. Protect against direct sunlight. Close tight after use. Keep out of reach of children. The expiry date is on the direct packaging. Once container is open, the expiry date doesn’t change if the container is securely closed after each use.

HANDLING THE PRODUCT CONTAINER
Empty containers should be disposed of responsibly or returned to the manufacturer.
