Prime Dental Restorite Etching Gel is a 37% phosphoric acid formulation designed for precise enamel and dentin conditioning. Enhanced with silica for improved viscosity, it maintains a stable, gel-like consistency that resists drying or thickening during application. Ideal for use in direct composite restorations, pit and fissure sealants, bonding of orthodontic brackets, and adhesive cementation of indirect restorations including composite or metal-free ceramics.

The gel is easily dispensed through included application tips, allowing for accurate placement and control. A 15-second application followed by thorough rinsing and drying with oil-free air provides optimal surface conditioning. While the silica component helps achieve a smooth application, care should be taken to fully rinse the etched surface to avoid any residue that may interfere with bonding.

Indications: 1. Direct composite restorations.

2. Pit &fissure sealant application.

3. Indirect restoration like composite or metal free ceramics along with recommended adhesive cements.

4. Bonding orthodontics brackets.
Directions to Use: #. ETCHING GEL after dispensing should be applied with small brush on enamel and dentin which has to be etched. Material should be left in place for 15 seconds and washed with water. Dry area with oil free air. It is recommended to avoid over drying. Dried area would appear chalky white. If first application does not give desired visual indication, procedure should be repeated to further 10 seconds. Some precautions to be taken are -

#.Avoid from applying on skin soft tissue and eye contact. In case of accident wash with clean water and Consult physician.

#.Phosphoric acid may dissolve base and liner material hence preferably should not be applied directly on these material.
