Prime Dental Ad-Sil Acura is an addition silicone impression material engineered for accuracy in crown and bridge procedures. The system includes both Soft Putty and Light Body components to deliver high precision and detail capture. The Soft Putty, available in vibrant yellow, offers easy handling and is suitable for all die materials. The Light Body, provided in purple cartridges or tubes, flows uniformly and captures fine margins with consistency.

Ad-Sil Acura is available in both Soft Set and Hard Set putty formulations, giving clinicians flexibility based on preference and clinical need. With controlled setting times and reliable dimensional stability, this material supports a wide range of impression techniques. It is also compatible with epoxy resins for accurate model pouring.

    Soft Putty Light Body
    Ad-Sil Acura Light Body comes in a dual chamber cartridge having 25ml each base and catalyst. This is supplied along with auto mixing tips. It is important to blead the cartridge before each use. Also while dispensing the material tip should be immersed within the fluid at all times.

    Insertion in Mouth : 1mins 30s

    Ad-Sil polyvinyl siloxane based impression material was developed to be used where precise impression is required especially during crown & bridge prosthesis. It could be used with any 2-phase impression technique. Putty as well as wash material should be mixed with equal quantity of base and catalyst. Putty should be kneaded with fingers. Wash material should be mixed with help of stiff spatula till uniform color is achieved. Wash material could be dispensed with help of syringe around margin of preparation. Use rigid tray which allows at least 3 mm space all around for taking impression. The use of PDP's Debubblizer will help avoid surface porosity.
